Sunday (May 11) the gas Bisiach has visited the company Agricultural Novacco Molin. Eleanor, accompanied by bacon dog, led us to explore the farm which is managed by the cooperative "La Cisile" (read "Sisil" in Friulian 'swallow'). A Novacco work, followed by the operators, 24 people with mental disabilities, producing vegetables, canned food, flour (all certified organic), and breeding farm animals, horses, donkeys and pigs, among others. The company is also an educational farm called "Ark of Novacco" and has a facility for the breeding of trout for sport fishing. The cooperative includes several activities outside the company including the tavern "The Post" ad Aiello where you can enjoy its products. After our visit we were able to do our shopping inside the store decorated in the traditional way. We set out to buy their products because it seems only right to support those in the region deals with both biological and social commitment, and to say our taste buds, with excellent results.
