Franz tells of meeting with the aprobar, the meeting was part of the project dell'Aprobio called "short chain". A number of producers in Friuli who want to work with the gases are made known this evening (see list arrived by mail).
There was enthusiasm, but confusion. An interesting encounter: there was a presentation of the gas and it turned out that everyone has a different approach.
The crucial point is known: there is no distribution network for gas, we discuss sull'Aprobio and its role in this market. There is talk of oil
Aurisina (see list provided by aprobar), very expensive, but definitely not tasting what we're trying, the producer of organic eggs and chickens Czech manufacturer that wants to take to recover an ancient strain of less aggressive commonly used ones for the production of eggs.
